 The convention currently
  hosts around 150 artists and is in the Norcalympia within the Norbreck Ca
 stle Hotel grounds on Blackpools' famous promenade. We also use the stunni
 ng ballroom for traders and judging\, this is attached to the Norcalympia 
 itself.
 Booths are priced at: - (PRICES FROZEN YET AGAIN!!)3m x 2m (1 ar

 orm and the price will be automatically adjusted.Should you require an ext
 ra 1 metre per artist (when booking a multi-artist booth)\, please select 
 only LEAD ARTISTS from the drop down list.Only choose Lead and Extra if yo
 u require the normal booth sizes as seen above.
 There are no further cos
 ts associated with your booth\, all prices are final and include:Table\, C
 hairs\, Electricity and sockets\, Couch Roll\, Kitchen Roll\, Clinical was
 te disposal. Access to free IT/Print room and advertising. Along with all 
 licensing costs within the Blackpool Borough Council area.Please bring you
 r own solidifying Agent for the disposal of your wet waste.Tattoo Beds are
  available for hire for the weekend\, Exam Tables to work from are also av
 ailable for hire (Please contact us to arrange)
 OPENING HOURSFriday - 10
 am til 6pm - You may tattoo a model or VIP ticket holder on Friday - Work 
 done will not count towards competition entries.Satuday 9am til 8pm - Open
  to the PublicSunday 9am til 8pm - Open to the Public
 We operate on the 
 principle that all artists are automatically accepted for the convention o
 nce they have completed their booking. However\, should there be any issue
 s\, we reserve the right to inform artists within 7 days of their booking 
 if they cannot attend. In such rare instances\, rest assured that your dep
 osit will be fully refunded. This method streamlines the process for both 
 organisers and participants\, making it unnecessary to send out acceptance
  communications to over a hundred artists\, and instead focusing on the fe
 w instances where attendance is not possible. This ensures that artists ha
 ve clarity and can plan accordingly\, while we can maintain the high stand
 ards and smooth operation of the convention.
 PLEASE also ensure each fil
 e and license is clearly named with the artist's name that the file repres
 ents.We have arranged dedicated accommodation options for our attendees\; 
 please contact the hotel directly on 01253 352341\, select option 1\, and 
 quote the code Tatcon2026 to Book accommodation for the weekend!WALK UP SU
 NDAY - We are looking for artists that are interested in not taking ANY bo
 oking for Sunday until they arrive at the convention. We call this 'Walk u
 p Sunday' and we are doing this in order to take our convention back to th
 e 'good old days' where you could attend the convention\, pick an artist a
 nd get some ink on the day! 
 -------------A £100 Deposit will secure y
 our booth space\, you will then be invoiced for £100 deposit for each add
 itional artist\, this further amount must be paid within 28 days of bookin
 g.If you are a single artist booth\, you will only pay the £100 deposit.F
 inal booth payments will not be required until the end of JUNE 2027
